After waking up, you might find yourself stumbling over to the kitchen to start brewing that morning pot of coffee.

How Do You Consume 5-hour Energy?

You can take the whole bottle in one shot for a full burst of energy or take half the bottle for a slight edge.

Every morning on my way to work, I’ll lightly sip on these.

Sometimes I end up finishing the bottle by 12 pm which gives me nice steady energy all morning.

And I don’t feel the need to drink anymore after, as the effect coffee had on me.

So if your keto diet is down to a tee, implementing one of these to your daily diet shouldn’t knock you out of ketosis. Just don’t overdo it.
