Core Organic Drink Review – Is it Keto Friendly?

I stumbled upon Core Organic Drinks at my nearby Holiday Gas Station last year. Expecting to see loads of sugar and carbs in this drink, I was in shock that it has less than 1 gram of sugar.

I bought a couple and right away I was surprised at how delicious they tasted.

Happy with my purchase and bored of drinking plain water every day, these core drinks became my go-to drink which easily hydrates my body while quenching my thirst.

Is Core Organic Drink Keto Friendly?

Yes! This is one reason why I love this drink. It contains 8 Erythritol carbs which have no effect on blood sugar.

This is very important when following the keto diet to stay in ketosis. This drink is low glycemic containing only less than 1 gram of sugar.

How Does the Core Organic Drink Taste?

I’m addicted to these organic fruit-infused beverages. Instead of drinking plain old water, these drinks will add some flavor to your daily diet.

They taste like they have a ton of sugar in it, but it is sweetened with Erythritol and Stevia, which have no to little impact on blood sugar.

My favorite kind is Peach Mango, but I enjoy all of the flavors.

Here is a list of the most popular flavors.

    • Watermelon Lemonade
    • Peach Mango
    • Tropical Coconut
    • Pomegranate Blue Acai
    • Strawberry Banana
    • Wild Blueberry

What are the Benefits?

There are many benefits to drinking Core Organic Drinks. It contains 75mg of polyphenols from organic white tea extract & masqui berry.

These antioxidants play a role in protecting the body from free radicals brought on by stressors like diet, pollution, smoking, and exercise.

It also contains the same amount of caffeine as a cup of decaf coffee.

Also, being a low glycemic beverage means it has no to little impact on your blood sugar levels which makes it a great fit for the keto diet
