Searching on Amazon for keto crackers, I stumbled upon Primal Thin Crackers which have been recommended for the keto and paleo lifestyles.

Julian Bakery uses natural paleo ingredients like organic flax seeds, organic tapioca flour, organic sesame seeds, and organic chia seeds to create the grainy crunchy texture.
I should note that these crackers contain dairy. I know dairy is kind of a grey area when it comes to being “paleo” so if you do decide to eat dairy, stick with 100% grass-fed.
Good news is, the added organic parmesan cheese is made up of 100% Pasteurized Grass-Fed Organic Cows Milk, Salt, Cheese Cultures & Enzymes.
How Do These Primal Thin Crackers Taste?
So these crackers don’t use your typical grains. How well do they taste?
Across the Amazon reviews, one reviewer described these as having a “salty grainy taste”. Another reviewer said, “They satisfy the crunch craving and are fantastically cheesy, nutty and salty”.
After reading through many reviews, these are described as being a little “dry”. But that should be expected when eating a crunchy cracker.
What about the Parmesan cheese taste?
The parmesan cheese that is added is not overpowering but has enough taste where you notice it in every delicious bite.
Some cool ways to eat these is to stack cheese or salami on them. You can also spread cream cheese on these.

Another benefit is, of course, the taste. How could a grain-free low carb cracker taste almost like an exact replica of the real thing?
When companies get creative, they produce recipes out of natural ingredients to fool your taste buds. That’s exactly what Julian Bakery did to me. I thought for sure this cracker was made out of grains.

What are the Negatives?
The main negative I found through the Amazon reviews is a problem with shipping. Some people received crackers that were smashed and crushed. I guess that is the risk you have to take if you decide to order them online.
