Denny’s is one of my favorite restaurants. As a kid, I would frequently visit this place since my grandpa owned one back in the mid-90s. My dad was also the manager so you can imagine how many meals I’ve eaten here.
I love that Denny’s is open 24 hours. I can stop here any time of the day or night and still order a low carb meal that adheres to my keto lifestyle.
They have a variety of low carb options to choose from whether you’re craving breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
So for that reason, I created a chart below that lists all of the low carb choices Denny’s has to offer.
