Ordering Keto at Red Lobster

You can’t go wrong at Red Lobster with all of the keto choices here. They offer lobster, crab legs, steak, and a wide selection of fish.

Throw in some veggies for your sides and you have a perfect low-carb keto meal. 

Make sure to cross off any high carb side items when ordering your meal. This could be bread rolls, potatoes, or any other high starchy foods.

Also, stay away from any fried foods. Choose the healthier boiled option.

Fried foods increase inflammation which is known to have a negative effect on the body.

If I had to recommend a meal, I would choose crab legs dipped in melted butter. This was a favorite family meal of mine when I was a kid.

We didn’t have it often due to price, but when we did it was sure a treat!
