Ordering Keto at Starbucks

You just woke up. You’re tired, cranky, and have to go to work. Not a fun feeling to start the day.

Looks like your in dire need of a caffeine fix.

Quick! Get to Starbucks and order one of their delicious coffees! The caffeine from the coffee will get you through the day. Of course, make sure its Keto friendly. (No sugar!)

Also throw in some Sous Vide Egg Bites while you’re at it. It’s high fat and only contains 9 grams of carbs.

When it comes to ordering low-carb at Starbucks, most choices are limited, but there are some hidden meals you can customize.

The hot breakfast sandwiches are keto if you remove the bun. Only eating the meat, egg, and cheese will give you all the fat you need to keep optimal energy levels throughout the day.

I did not add these to the menu since I don’t have the accurate carb stats but if you take away the bun, each meal should range around 1 to 5 carbs.

Also, make sure to stay away from the bakery items. These contain high carbs and sugar.

When scanning the salad menu, you might notice the majority of salads at Starbucks are high carb, but they do have 3 low carb options available.

  • Cauliflower Tabbouleh Side Salad – 4g net carbs
  • Garden Greens & Shaved Parmesan Side Salad –7g net carbs
  • Grilled Chicken & Cauliflower Tabbouleh – 11g net carbs

If you’re looking to order a hot breakfast item, I would recommend the following 2 dishes. These are both low carb.

  • Sous Vide Egg Bites: Bacon & Gruyere – 9g net carbs
  • Sous Vide Egg Bites: Egg White & Red Pepper – 12g net carbs

For the beverages, I would stick to black coffee or water.

That pretty much sums up what Starbucks is offering when it pertains to keto. If you’re ever on the road and see a Starbucks, don’t hesitate to grab a cup of freshly brewed coffee with some Sous Vide Egg Bites on the side. That combination will certainly boost your mood to keep you rolling through the day.
