Propel Fitness Water Review – Is it Keto Friendly?

Hydration is key when it comes to following a healthy lifestyle.

Better sleep, improved concentration, and a happy mood can all depend on your hydration levels.

A great way to achieve these benefits is from Propel, a flavored water beverage enhanced with electrolytes and vitamins.

Propel is widely popular and is used among many athletes over the world. It’s even becoming very popular around the keto community.

As a result, I decided to find out how keto friendly these are.

Let’s check out the ingredients and full stats.

What are the Nutrition Facts and Ingredients?

Ingredients: Water, Citric Acid, Sodium Hexametaphosphate (to protect Flavor), Natural Flavor, Salt, Potassium Sorbate (preserves freshness), Potassium Citrate, Sodium Citrate, Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C), Sucralose, Acesulfame Potassium, Calcium Disodium EDTA (to protect Flavor), Calcium Pantothenate (Vitamin B5), Niacinamide (Vitamin B3), Vitamin E Acetate, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B6).

How Does Propel Taste?

Drinking the recommended two liters of water a day is one of the first steps to improving your health.

But drinking plain water every day can get boring real fast, so it’s always nice to have an alternative beverage on hand.

That’s why Propel is highly recommended.

Available in eight (8) thirst quenching flavors to make sure you never get bored.

Here are the flavors currently available on Amazon below:

Berry
Black Cherry
Grape
Kiwi Strawberry
Lemon
Mandarin Orange
Strawberry Lemonade
Watermelon

On Amazon, many reviewers love the taste and the way it quenches your thirst. Propel has a pure clean water taste with a splash of natural fruit flavor.

I drink the Kiwi Strawberry and I have to say I’m quite impressed with the flavor. You can definitely taste the natural Kiwi and Strawberry flavors, and it’s not too sweet. It has that perfect balance in taste.

What are the Benefits?

Propel Fitness water is filled with many benefits that go along well with eating a high-fat low carb diet.

This fitness water contains zero sugar and zero carbs, so you have a peace of mind knowing it won’t kick you out of ketosis.

It’s filled with antioxidant vitamins like Vitamin B, C, and E and electrolytes to keep you hydrated and on top of your game.

What are the Negatives?

Propel uses Sucralose and acesulfame potassium as the sweeteners, but in small amounts will have minimal to no effect on your blood sugar levels.

However, beware of the Propel Packets. It contains maltodextrin which has been known to raise blood sugar levels that could interfere with ketosis.

Where to Buy Propel Fitness Water?

You can find propel water at your local gas stations or retail stores like Walmart and Target. I found a pack of 12 on Amazon for a very reasonable price.

Do I recommend this water? Yes, especially with the limited selection on keto friendly beverages, this is a must-have.
